30-Day Return Window
At Bagsio, we want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason your order isn’t what you expected, you may request a return within 30 days from the day after delivery. To begin a return, email info@bagsio.com with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will guide you through the process quickly and professionally.
Return Conditions
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- All tags, labels, dust bags, and packaging must be intact.
- No signs of wear, stains, scratches, or odors from use.
- Items must include all original accessories (e.g., straps or chains).
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
Once your return arrives and is inspected, approved refunds are issued within 7 business days.
Exchanges
We only accept exchanges for incorrect or defective items. If you received the wrong product or your handbag is defective, contact us at info@bagsio.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or exchange at no extra cost.
Returns Due to Customer Error
If you ordered the wrong item, changed your mind, or no longer want the product, returns are accepted only if unused and in original condition. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Steps for Returning Your Item

- Ship the Return: Use a trackable, insured carrier such as UPS or FedEx.
- Notify Us: Email the tracking number once shipped.
- Inspection & Refund: We’ll confirm receipt and process the refund within 7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your handbag arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. You have 30 days to return defective items for a full refund or replacement. In these cases, Bagsio covers all shipping costs.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before shipping confirmation. Once your order has shipped, the standard return policy applies.
Lost Shipments
If your package does not arrive within 2 days of the expected delivery date, please contact us immediately. We’ll investigate with UPS or FedEx; if confirmed lost, you may choose a refund or replacement.
