Orders
1. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, add your favorite handbags to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Once your payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
2. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of purchase by emailing us at info@bagsio.com. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
3. What should I do if I didn’t receive an order confirmation email?
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still haven’t received it, contact us at info@bagsio.com for assistance.
Payments
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You can also pay using Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
5. Is it safe to make payments on Bagsio?
Yes. Our store is powered by Shopify, which uses industry-leading encryption and PCI-compliant technology to ensure all payment data is secure. We never store your full payment details.
6. My payment failed — what should I do?
Check that your billing information matches your card details and that your card is authorized for online transactions. If issues persist, contact your bank or reach out to info@bagsio.com.
Shipping & Delivery
7. How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days after your order has been processed (1–3 business days). You’ll receive tracking details once your package ships.
8. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping across the United States on all orders—no minimum spend required.
9. Which carriers do you use?
We partner with trusted carriers including FedEx and UPS for reliable and trackable delivery. Tracking details are emailed once your order is shipped.
10. How can I track my order?
You can track your order using the tracking link sent via email or by visiting our Track Your Order page.
Returns & Refunds
11. What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if your item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. For details, see our Return & Refund Policy.
12. How do I initiate a return?
Email our support team at info@bagsio.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with instructions and a Return Authorization Number.
13. How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear.
14. Can I exchange an item?
We only accept exchanges for defective or incorrect items. If you received the wrong product or a damaged handbag, contact us within 48 hours for a replacement at no cost.
Account & Privacy
15. Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows faster checkout, order tracking, and exclusive offers.
16. How do you protect my personal information?

Billing & Taxes
17. How are taxes calculated?
Applicable state or sales taxes are automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
18. Can I get an invoice for my purchase?
